Sheri Divitto Richardson

Sherri has been in the fitness field for over twenty years actively teaching Spin for 16 of those years. She is also a certified Group exercise instructor and Personal trainer. Besides Spin Sherri also teaches HIIT, Kickboxing, Core and variations of those classes. Her class is a high energy motivating ride that challenges your endurance, speed and resistance on hills and on flat lands. Its a ride made for ALL levels. If you are a regular Spinner you will get a killer workout and if you are new to Spin this will be YOUR ride. After 40 minutes of Spin you will get off the bike for 20 minutes of Core.
