Michele has been a Madd Dog certified spin instructor for 5 years.
Her love of health and fitness and spinning led her to becoming an indoor cycling instructor. She has run the Vermont City Marathon, 8 half marathons and a number of sprint triathlons. Being fit and active helps her to be a happy, healthy mom. She lives in Upton with her 3 kids and husband.
Aimee is a mother of three - ages 5, 4, and 1. She lives in Milford, MA, and has resided there for almost 7 years. She has an intense love for indoor cycling and has also been cycling for 7 years now. Her love for this activity is what led her to become an instructor. She is so happy that she made the decision to become an instructor, as she absolutely loves it. Health and wellness is a passion of hers, and she feels that helping others reach their goals, and push themselves to become happier, healthier, and stronger could not be any more rewarding. She looks forward to meeting new clients at Cycle City, and to starting her new adventure at the studio.
Ann graduated in May 2013 from the 200 hour Body Matrix Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Training with Victoria Haffer at the Ashram in Millis. Her other Yoga studies include Kidding Around Yoga (KAY), YogaFit Teacher Training Level One, YogaFit Props Workshop, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Myofascial Release, Meridian Yoga, Yin Yoga Teacher Training Foundation Level 1, Designing Sequencing & Transforming Adjustments, Baron Baptiste 40 days to Personal Revolution and AFAA Practical Yoga Instructor Training. Her interest in Yoga started 12 years ago with Hot Power Yoga, Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga, and Kundalini Yoga.
Ann is a Enofic Ray, Jikiden Reiki and Crystal Healing practitioner. These treatments help clients feel centered, grounded and empowered. She enjoys helping her clients restore to a more harmonious and balanced flow of energy through the body through Reiki. Ann has also been teaching Spinning for 9 years as a certified Star 2 Level Spinning Instructor. She is CPR Certified and is an insured fitness instructor.
In addition she teaches Girl Power to elementary school girls. This program teaches young girls how to strengthen their self-esteem through exercise and educates them on how to make healthy life choices.
Ann has always been passionate about health and fitness her whole life. Along with the practice of yoga she enjoys Spinning, walking, scrapbooking, gardening, reading and spending time with her 2 daughters, her dog, family and friends.
Ann enjoys helping others find their inner strength with a supportive and inspiring heart! She implements both physical and mental wellness through her knowledge of Yoga and Reiki. Ann considers it an honor to share her practice with her students and is thankful for the wisdom and love received from all of her teachers.
Born, raised and currently residing with her husband and daughter in Milford, Krissie has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. She first became certified as a Group Fitness Instructor about 10 years ago through NETA and later became certified through AAAI/ISMA to become a certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Indoor Cycling Instructor. She teaches a variety of group classes, spin being her favorite, and has trained with some of the greatest fitness pros in the country including Brett Hobel, Shawn T and Gregg Sims. Krissie is very excited and proud to be part of the Cycle City team!
Raised in Arkansas, Tracy has lived in Hopkinton for over 20 years and has always loved breaking a sweat and being active. She believes that exercise should be fun and entertaining which is what drew her to spin and inspired her to become an instructor. Tracy strives to make every workout appropriately challenging, regardless of your fitness level./div>
Sherri has been in the fitness field for over twenty years actively teaching Spin for 16 of those years. She is also a certified Group exercise instructor and Personal trainer. Besides Spin Sherri also teaches HIIT, Kickboxing, Core and variations of those classes. Her class is a high energy motivating ride that challenges your endurance, speed and resistance on hills and on flat lands. Its a ride made for ALL levels. If you are a regular Spinner you will get a killer workout and if you are new to Spin this will be YOUR ride. After 40 minutes of Spin you will get off the bike for 20 minutes of Core.
